Ordered as a Christmas gift on 21 November. Was informed on 23 November it had been dispatched. Contacted them on 15 December to say it had not arrived. Was told "Your package is currently with them [couriers] and will be processed shortly before making its way to you. Please allow a few more days for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived by next week, just check back in with us and we’ll make sure it gets sent out to you again." Very disappointing as I don't now whether to buy another gift or hope for the best.

GREAT customer service! My sweater got lost in transit to me in the U.S. Not only did they track it for me, when they realized it wouldn't reach me in time for the event I was attending, they express delivered one to me. Absolutely beautiful sweater! Definitely shopping here in the future!

This is a replacement for a sweater I bought in Dublin and then regrettably left on a train to Koln a couple of weeks later. The initial purchase was very soft and light as well as being wonderfully warm. The replacement sweater has a very different feel, a harsher tighter weave although exactly the same knit design.
