As previously noted - WRONG Cap, WRONG COLOUR

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to this time for two reasons, first, the quality of product, and second, the incredible customer service I received when I experienced a problem with my order. I ordered from the Sweater Shop because I wanted authentic flat caps (so many Irish Flat caps are made elsewhere now) and found the Sweater Shop online and placed an order for two caps, a Trinity Cap and a Kerry Cap. When I received my caps in the mail (it took a little while to get here as I live on the west coast of Canada) and tried them on I was very impressed with the quality of product. The exterior shell was just as pictured and I love the patterns, but also the interior lining was well put together, they make a quality product of that there is no doubt. The problem I had with my order was that they sent me two Trinity Caps instead of one Trinity and one Kerry Cap. As we all know customer service is a real 'hit or miss' department of any company today, so I was blown away by the service I received when I brought the issue up with them. I sent them photos of the two caps and I heard back from a chap named Paul quite quickly. I have to say he was amazing. He apologized for the mix up and got a Kerry Cap in the mail for me right away. As for the second Trinity Cap I'd already received they left it with me! In todays day and age it is really nice to receive customer service from someone that actually seems to care about the customer. I'm not being sarcastic here, customer service says a lot about a company and Paul was amazing. Add that service to the quality and selection of products offered and I'll be buying from the Sweater Shop again and would highly recommend others do as well.
